My Background
Music has always been about connection and collaboration for me. Whether working out of my London setup or the studio in the Wiltshire countryside, my focus is on creating a friendly, relaxed environment where artists can make their best work without pressure or judgment.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of established clients as an engineer or assistant engineer, including Celeste, Lianne La Havas, Ian Matthews (Kasabian), The Wombats, Skrillex, Paolo Nutini, Dave Rowntree (Blur), Olivia Rodrigo, and James Bay.
While my core specialisation lies in alt-rock and band projects—having worked extensively with bands like Noon AM, Opal Skies, and KEO, as well as independent artists like Luka Glisa and Daisy Corbould—I handle all types of music. From live drum kits and full band setups to vocal sessions and string quartets, I love bringing live instrumentation to life.
Artist development is a huge part of what I do: helping acts refine their sound, build confidence, and take their music to the next level. A proud example of this is KEO, whom I nurtured through recording, production, and mixing until they signed with Universal Music.
Because I run these sessions personally out of my own two home studios rather than renting high-overhead commercial spaces, I am able to offer professional-standard results at a significantly lower price than competing studios. Whether you need a full production process or just a quick fix on a single track, every project gets the exact same care and attention.
